Today's high in Knoxville got up to 92 degrees.

In 2010, we have had 43 days at 90 degrees or higher.

More showers and thunderstorms are expected tonight.

A warm front will be lifting to our North and East over the next 24 hours. With enough moisture in place, don't be surprised if a few showers or thunderstorms fire up again on Wednesday afternoon.

The chance of rain on Wednesday is running around 20 percent.
The chance of rain on Thursday is running about 40 percent, as a cold front drops in from the North and West.

So far in Knoxville, the rain deficit stands at - 6.60 inches for the year.
